It has been designed to make the information you are looking for easily accessible.

In time we hope to develop this site into the healthcare information hub which you naturally start with for all matters relating to your health and wellbeing.

We know our phone lines are often very busy. When possible, why don't you book an appointment online? Just visit our appointments area, it might save you some waiting time.

We also have an active Patient Engagement Group. They help us to offer patients the right services. If you are interested in joining, just let us know.

Most of all, we are here to help. If you think we could do something better, please let us know. And if you think we are already doing something well, please tell us. It's always nice to hear.

Meet the team

Meet our Team

Adur Health Partnership is made up of 4 GP practices across Shoreham and Southwick and we look after over 36,500 registered patients.

Our team consists of 10 GP Partners and 1 Managing Partner, 22 Salaried GPs, 3 GP Assistants, 3 Physicians Associate, 1 MSK Specialist, 3 Clinical Pharmacists, 2 Pharmacy Technicians and 2 Medicines Management Care Coordinators, 1 Frailty Matron and 2 Frailty Care Coordinators, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 10 Practice Nurses, 8 Healthcare Assistants and 1 Phlebotomist, all ably supported by our Executive Management Team, Patient Experience Manager, our reception teams and administrative staff.

GP Patient Survey

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
