Online Consultation Availability
During September we opened our online triage for longer hours as requested by the government.
Unfortunately, there have been safety concerns due to the demand placed on our triaging GPs.
To fully open online availability we would have to reduce our face-to-face appointments. The government are keen to proceed down this route. We have taken a decision to proceed slowly and will be trying to increase access over the coming months whilst offering the best service to our patients. We have contacted our local MP and will be working with the NHS and BMA to find safe solutions.
