Money and Pensions Service (MaPS)
MaPS is an arm's length body sponsored by the Department for Work and Pensions established in 2019. It supports HM Treasury on policy relating to financial capability and debt advice, with the overarching aim to help people improve their financial wellbeing and build a more secure and confident future. MaPS provides access to free high-quality money and pensions guidance, as well as debt advice.
MaPS has a range of free tools and resources available through their consumer-facing website, Money Helper. MaPS has topics on mental health and money, toolkits, webinars, specialist referral pathways to money, pensions guidance and debt advice - among many other options at no charge
