Travel Vaccinations
If you are travelling abroad please make sure you contact us in plenty of time to arrange any vaccinations that may be necessary. To help the Travel Nurses assess your travel needs it is important that they are in receipt of the assessment form before your appointment
If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel, please complete our online travel form.
We recommend that you have your travel vaccinations administered at least 4 – 6 weeks before your departure date
Please ensure you book your appointment well in advance.

Prescribing Diazepam for flying
Adur health partnership has as an organisation decided not to prescribe Diazepam for patients who wish to take it prior to travel for a fear of flying.
