Care Coordinators

The Family Health & Safeguarding Care Coordinator ensures that our register of Safeguarding concerns is regularly monitored and is updated with relevant information. They manage the Safeguarding meetings within the practice and liaises with local agencies such as the Council, Social Services and the police as required.
