As the Patient Experience Manager I champion the patients’ voice at AHP. I collect the feedback from our patients, investigate and focus on learning based on complaints and concerns and celebrate compliments. I am also involved with our Patient Engagement Group.
I come to AHP with nearly 20 years of customer service experience.
Outside of work – I am passionate about languages, history, nature (especially the sea) and Sherlock Holmes. I am currently learning Swedish and Finnish.
