Brogan Blake
Gender: Female
I joined primary care at AHP in 2022 and really enjoy supporting patients with long term health conditions living in the community.
I have fifteen years experience in dispensing in pharmacies in the West Sussex area.
Working in the community gave me great opportunities to gain qualifications and an understanding of over the counter and prescription medications, who they are suitable for, how they work, how they affect the body and things they may interact with.
I also spent a period of time running a smoking cessation clinic and a lot of time working with supervised consumption and needle exchange and also being responsible for all controlled drugs, their record keeping and stock control.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family, baking and cooking or enjoying the outdoors.
I have a passion for literature, especially romantic poetry and I also enjoy gardening, growing cut flowers to have around my home and I love music – of any genre or decade!
