I have worked in-house as HR within a variety of different industries from fire safety, healthcare technical products to pharmaceutical medical communications, as well as working within an HR consultancy.

Passion points for me are coaching, mentoring and rolling out training programmes, in particular, Mental Health and Wellbeing.
