Salaried GP - Maternity Cover
Hours: 6 sessions - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
Salary: £11,077.00 / £10,835.00 per session depending on annual leave option
Contract: Fixed Term
Holiday Entitlement: 6 weeks / 7 weeks annual leave option

Overview
We have a vacancy for a 6 session Salaried GP to join our team.
Adur Health Partnership is a large, innovative GP Partnership based over 4 sites in Shoreham and Southwick, currently serving over 36,000 patients in our catchment area. We are also our own Primary Care Network as Shoreham & Southwick PCN. The Partnership is highly supportive with a strong sense of ‘team’, continually striving for improving the healthcare and well-being of our registered patients.

- Excellent Locality and ICB relationships
- Hugely supportive Patient Engagement Group, and Practice Champions who support Collaborative Practice activities with the aim of reducing the number of visits to GPs from frequent attenders, who would benefit more from a social encounter
