Information on our new phone system
All 4 sites across Adur Health Partnership are upgrading their phones system on 8th September 2021, we will now all be on the same system, which will make integration easier. When you phone us you will hear a welcome message and you will then be able to choose from the following options:
- Prescription queries ( we cannot take prescription requests over the phone)
- General Enquires
- Test results (this line is not open all the time please check individual sites for times to call)
- Referrals and Medical Secretaries (this line is not open all the time please check individual sites for times to call)
You will then be informed of what number caller you are. We hope that you find this system an improvement on the old system.
Our staff have received training but please bear with them whist they adjust to the new system.
